Training is any effort initiated by an Organisation to foster learning among its employees. Activities which the Organisation uses to increase the skill level of an employee refer to the cluster of phrase- training and development. Training provides opportunities to the employees to acquire new knowledge and skills so as to perform better in their job. The well designed training programme must enable the Organisation to fulfill its goals and benefit the employees individually. It may be less expensive to have an outsider to conduct training. This will be a boon to the organisation where internal training resources are limited. The HR staff may not have the level of experience in each subject matter where training is required. They may not have sufficient time to develop training programme and materials. The employees will more freely interact with an outsider during the training rather than with an insider is the main advantage having an outsider as core faculty. The outsider will not have any bias towards any one of the trainees. Today’s growing trend is to outsource training, which is undertaken by Adept.

The Govt. has extended to ESI scheme to Medical Institutions as well as to Educational Institutions very recently. We had conducted a Training Programme for Grater Cochin  Hospital Association(GCPHA)  in which as may as 30 institutions deputed their officials for the programme which as well attended by 42 persons
