Labour-related laws cast obligations upon the employers for meticulou's impeccable and timely compliances.The authorities under Laws are vested with unrestricted power to levy damages and also initiate prosecutions against the top executives even for minor violation and inadvertant delay in compliance with the statutory requirements. In this column we have taken a painstaking effort to provide you the traffic sign so that you can complay the provisions of different labour statutes which are prevelent in Kerala . This applicable to organisations which comes within the perview of the Factories Act and Shop and Est.Act (Plantations and mine excluded).Here we give the list which are all due in next quarter.
